Greek Pasta Salad

Ingredients
  1. 8 oz. rotini pasta
  2. ½ cup olive oil
  3. ½ cup red wine vinegar
  4. 1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
  5. 1 ½ teaspoons dried basil leaves
  6. 1 ½ teaspoons dried oregano
  7. 3 cups sliced mushrooms (optional)
  8. 15 halved cherry tomatoes
  9. ¾ cup crumbled feta cheese
  10. ½ cup chopped green onions
  11. 1 (4 ounce) can chopped black olives




Procedure/Direction:
 

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.

Add rotini pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes and drain.

Mix together cooked pasta with other ingredients and chill for 2 hours.
